The Lowell is one of those hotels that keeps getting better with service, attention to detail and warmth. This was my second visit to the hotel since January this year and I had one of the best times ever!

I got the opportunity to stay in a lovely Michael Smith designed Junior Suite. With it’s own kitchenette, lounge area and spacious bathroom it is perfect for a summer getaway. I have to say The Lowell did not forget my choice of newspapers from last time and the staff still remembered my name. I cannot emphasise enough how genuine the service and friendliness of the Lowell family is. It is privately tucked away on a street off Madison Avenue yet close to all major shopping attractions and museums of the Upper East Side.
