Bar Boulud is one of my favourite places in London. People don’t even realise it is located below the Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park – it is hidden and easily missed but it has one of the best atmospheres a restaurant can have in London. The bar, the friendly staff and location give it a great personality that many restaurants do miss in London.

Recently, I spent a Sunday having brunch at Bar Boulud. The menu is extensive and the starters are a part of the buffet which has something for everyone including humous, charcuterie, salads and a selection of fresh breads! For the main, I went for the Brunch Burger and finished off with the delicious and unusual waffles served with hot chocolate sauce.

Bar Boulud has a laid back environment and buzzing atmosphere which makes you want to go back! This place should definitely be on your list for brunch places. Last but not the least, the coffee is amazing!
